NOHO ROOF GARDEN, MANHATTAN
An eighth floor apartment opens to a roof garden through a spiral staircase. Todd Haiman Landscape Design chose unique pavers embedded with colored pebbles. Combined with the blue river stones they are reminiscent of the the African coastline and beach where this surfer spent his childhood. Amenities for this garden design include a custom made daybed and bench with built-in storage and outdoor shower. Construction began in Fall 2011, completion of the roof garden and final plantings were in Spring 2012.
