GENDER IN DESIGN

Does it matter what gender a landscape designer is? It shouldn't matter in any other field and in the end Man or Woman, there are only good, fair and bad designers.(architects, garden designer, graphic designer, etc.) Would the work be more collaborative? Less ego-driven?

If women built cities, what would our urban landscape look like?
